list was compiled by Christi, her clients, friends, family, and seminar
participants. This list is updated frequently, so bookmark this
page and refer back whenever you need to recharge, pamper, or
pleasure yourself.

Make the Menu a permanent part of your schedule! Try to do one thing
every day from this list. Print it out, circle the things that
sound best to you, and hang it in a prominent place where you can see
it!
