Stock-Up Shopping List

These are some of the items that I like to stock my kitchen with, because they help me create fast, easy meals even if I haven't had time to get to the store to buy fresh ingredients:

Condiments:

Tamari soy sauce

Balsamic vinegar

Olive oil

Sesame oil

Sea salt

Butter

Chicken or veggie stock

Minced garlic

Nut butters (peanut butter, almond, and tahini)

Salsa

Bean dip

Stevia, honey, brown rice syrup, agave nectar

Coconut oil

Salad dressing

Pickled ginger

Sauces and dips

Beverages:

Herbal teas

Hemp milk, rice milk

Protein:

Beans - black, kidney, chick pea, aduki, canneloni

Lentils

Canned tuna

Canned salmon

Almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds, pecans, cashews, sesame seeds, pumpkin seeds

Hemp protein powder

Grains:

Brown rice

Millet

Quinoa

Amaranth

Rolled oats

Whole grain cereal

Quinoa or brown rice pasta

Soba noodles

Spelt flour, brown rice flour

Miscellaneous:

Unsweetened coconut

Dates

Raisins

Prunes
